Nice room with big modern bathroom. Single bed converts to bunkbed for kids. Family friendly. Lovely shower. Good buffet-style continental breakfast. Centrally located for restaurants, shops & dockside activities ( incl an Eataly). Only downsides were no view out windows & no bathroom exhaust fan. A safe reliable choice in a hotel which meets North American expectations

This hotel is centrally located & is an easy walk to all areas of the city. Rooms are clean and the best thing of all is the great breakfast. The staff are very helpful too. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

The worst hotel in our month of Italian travel. Room smelt of sewerage. Thermostat didn't work so room baking hot could not open a window. Room compact!!! Door to room hit bed.....only one person at a time could stand around bed no space for suitcase. Maybe daypack would fit. Noise level high!!! Hear people in other rooms...in corridor..in stairwell.

I did not find this hotel on par with BEST WESTERN class. Location in a small road and does not offer any view. Rooms were small and ordinary for the price. Breakfast area is so small. In total, I would not suggest it for a family.
