Fantastic location, great view, good breakfast. Front desk help not so much. A/C did not work first night. So had to leave windows open and there is a park across the street so heard kids and people for quite a while. Walls are paper thin, scraping chairs very annoying on tile floors. They gave away my confrimed reservations on BOOKINGS.COM from 4/10/11 by trying a credit card pre-debit on 8/14/11....Bookings.COM emails us on 8/17 saying we had 24 hrs to contact them or reservation would be cancelled..They told us the credit card was fine but they can't challlenge what the Hotel was claiming...We missed the email being on vacation and it going... This accommodation opposite the beach in Monterosso al Mare {cinque Terre) was fabulous. The staff was friendly and very helpful. . I would have no hesitation in recommending this place.
