Nice hotel with nice rooms. Walling distance from city center. Breakfast is ok. If you like modern and contemporary arra you have to visit. There is no local parking place but a remote one with cheap rate.

Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is amazing. Location is pretty awesome too, about a 10-minute walk to the main Piazza. The room was quite large and the beds very comfortable.

For the price, there are much nicer and better located hotels in Trieste. Colombia has the potential to be so much better. It looks glamous on the exterior, but the interior is rather lacklustre. The most important factor for me was the vicinity of a train station. Hotel Colombia offers a pretty good location relative to the city center and the train station. Yet it is located in a very quiet street which is nice in a pretty busy city as Trieste. Reception personnel was very friendly and tried their best to speak English.... More
