We stayed at the hotel in December, and did enjoy our stay in the region. We wished we had of picked our own hotel instead of trusting our local travel agent. The hotel did lack soul, but was clean and comfortable, and we did enjoy the service.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the local bus stops right outside the double room was smaller than most single rooms I have stayed in and was quite dirty with marks all over the walls, a shower cubicle that leaked , 1 small lift serviceing all rooms the only stairs being the external fire... Frankly, this hotel was grubby. A little scum on the shower I could cope with, but the door handle hanging off the door in the bathroom and dirty walls all gave the impression that the management couldn't care less. An average hotel all round. Good rooms if a little dated and small, bathrooms could have been cleaner. Breakfast was very good with great coffee! Staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is not situated right in Parma and requires a bus ride of 10min to get to the train station or Parma itself. Very reasonable priced though.
