i booked a junior suite i was given a small room on the first floor overlooking the street.when i went to complain i was told this was the best room because it had a balcony.that would have been nice in july but not november.when i asked for my junior suite i was told they no longer have them.

The room was spacious, but there were two immediately obvious problems. First, the air conditioning wouldn't stay on for more than a few minutes before turning itself off.
