The receptionist was very friendly and genuinely helpful, evening going out of her way to check if I needed anything. She even gave me 3 free wifi passes for my 3 devices. Room was very nice and large. I had room service which was great. Not much near the hotel but I wasn't there for vacation. Would definitely go back!

Quite new and Modern, easy access by car, full of space for parking. Big and well design rooms. Modern and chick style, minimalist... Gym and Sauna provided at high quality and no cost. Internet should improve, impossible to stay on-line more than few seconds,... it drops and again request connection... Breakfast good but could improve... Service just ok!

If you are looking for modern accommodations (just outside the city center - about a 7 minute taxi ride) this is the best place to book. Came here especially to go and visit the Ferrari museum! The location was perfect, only a 15 minute taxi ride to the museum. The hotel was very modern and the staff at reception were really helpful. Located approximately 7km away from the city centre of Modena, it only takes few minutes by car to arrive to the centre. If you're travellling by car, this hotel is more than ideal, however if you don't have any transport, I would recommend a more centrally located hotel. Stayed at UNA for two nights this week while we went to both Ferrari and Osteria Francescana; the hotel is just over a year old and very well appointed. Hotel is brand new and very clean. Breakfast is better than in similar price range hotels. Service was excellent with good tips of Modena. It´s located a bit far from Modena city centre (7 km). If you have a car it´s not a problem.
