Lovely place, nice modern rooms, good mattress, Clean and spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast. Uberto was very nice and helped us by giving us maps and directions to different restaurants. The lady serving breakfast made us a delicious cappuccino. If in Bologna will not hesitate to contact Uberto.

although it is located in an uninspiring street, the interior belies the exterior. Nicely modernised complete floor of old building, very convenient for city centre. The place is located in a small alley, and it is very easy to miss the entrance since the door is very anonymous. The place looks like the pictures, so it is a clean and nice option located very central in Bologna. The only “complaint” is that the bed was a little bit too hard.

No surprises here, you get what you see online. Rooms are minimal but have all that you'd need. Bed was way to hard for my liking though and the faucet in the bathroom and in the shower fell off.
