“Worst place I have ever stayed”

It was very hard to find, even when I was on the road. When I arrived the receptionist was helpful and gave me the keys to the room, I paid and took my passport (which is normal in Italy) but she told me I could have it back in ten minutes which was odd and she didnt tell me why.... More
