We stayed 1 night in this hotel in Bologna. The hotel has modernly designed rooms and very friendly staff. Unfortunately some draw backs: very strange and loud noises when you use water/toilet/shower, rooms were not clean, location is medium. Overall ok, prices were very moderate (60 EUR for 2 people per room per night). We woul not come back though.

On our tour of northern Italy, this was the quietest, most stylish guest house. Surprising given its position in one of the messiest, most chaotic cities in the north. The rooms are beautiful and brand new and 4 out of 6 of them have balconies - ask for one! They are modern-looking and have tvs, desks, wardrobes, and lots of room.
