Have stayed at this hotel for the lst 3 years. Rooms lovely and clean. Excellent location right next to beach. Really friendly and helpful reception staff. Outsatnding roof top view. Amazing artwork. A really unique hotel. I would higly recommend to anyone going top Pesaro

Arty, new and nice. Minus for the ba sound in our room(in the shaft) and a bit minus for close to the railway. Nice to have the possibilities to borrow bikes and nice pool area

You are actually staying in a gallery, surrounded by the art as a natural part of this space. Each room designed by different artist - you do not know, what you get...:) We had a dark blue (sea) room decorated with single huge octopus - sounds strange, but was interesting...
