Attempted to check in at 2pm. No one on reception had to ask staff from cafeteria who completed our booking for two nights. After visiting Villa Adriana we returned to our room to find t.v. and fridge not working, insufficient lighting and plugs coming off the wall. Still no one at reception. Went to sleep and about 4.30pm the waiter...
