We made a booking with criminals! There were three couples refused their reserved room at "Prince of Navona" in Rome. The contact with our travel agent laterooms.com by telephone provided quick promises by the receptionist to give us a room, but nothing happened for an hour - no acceptable alternatives were provided. So we lost our first day looking for... More

This was the worst experience i have ever had. The rooms were dirty and the hotel staff completely unresponsive and rude. This was a complete waste of my money . I believe there are other hotels that can be hired at the same rate and that offer better value. In summary: I strongly advise against this hotel

We stayed in the Prince of Navona for 2 nights. It's upstairs in a beautiful building in Rome but a bit tricky to find. The location was great especially since we wanted to be near the Jewish quarter. The beds were comfortable but the room very basic. Our main complaint was the lack of hot water. If more than 2... What a horrific nightmare of a place. Please do not stay here! After looking at the wonderful RetRome website, I was convinced that this would be a great place to stay in Rome. We arrived late at night after a train ride from Florence to find a receptionist who was unhelpful and told me that we only had a room... More

My friend and I stayed at this bed and breakfast and, apart from its fabulous location, were terribly disappointed. For starters, we had requested a room with 2 beds and were intially given a room with only one. The man who checked us in (very nice, indeed, but who we later learned was the cleaner) told us there were no... More

Stayed here last week in Rome...great deal, AMAZING location. It was so hot outside, but we could stop back at the hotel 2 or 3 times a day for a cold shower / air conditioning because the location was right in the middle of everything. They include excellent breakfasts, and great staff help...loved it! Right by the jewish ghetto -... More

Everything Alex Molayem, the manager, says is a lie. Is this a hotel? Sometimes it is advertised on the net as the Prince of Navona Hotel. Or a hostel? The same place is advertised as a hostel - http://www.hosteltraveler.com/Italy-hostels/Hostel-Campo-de%27Fiori_Rome.htm (Hotel Campo de Fiori) Or a bed and breakfast? Artistico Suite. Or is it a kosher bed and breakfast? http://www.jewishitaly.org/detail.asp?ID=463 There... More
