It was a very nice hotel, near Termini station. This means that everything is close. A walk to the Coloseum is about 15 min. Breakfast was excellent, it is brought to your room every morning and it tasted wonderfull.

Don't be taken in by the website photographs, this hotel is awful. I stayed for two nights in two different rooms then moved to a different hotel. The whole place is run down and I was advised by a local not to walk around the area after dark.
The rooms are not as they appear to be in the web...

The hotel is small, I think it only has 10 rooms, but it's close to Termini station and minutes from Coliseum. Also the metro station Vittorio Emanuele it's near.
The rooms were small but nice and clean. Breakfast was served in the rooms. Every night you should fill in a paper with what you want for breakfast for the next...

Being seconds from Termini station, and minutes from the Coliseum was ideal. Metro is close by, and neighborhood is sketchy but safe. The continental breakfast was worth every penny. Simple but amazing, and we looked forward to it every morning! Room was clean and everything worked fine.
As the other travelers mentioned, this hotel is tiny and very easy to miss! Hotel room itself was nice and clean, although on the small side, but that’s Rome in general. We stayed here only one night because it was close to Termini station and had a flight to catch the next morning. With that being said, the hotel served...

The hotel was clean and within walking distance of the Termani train station (Rome's central train station). We were a family of 4 all cramped into one room. 2 singles beds together as a double and two singles in one room. Barely any room between beds. Neighborhood is run down. We booked this room for convenience to the train station...

The best thing about this hotel is its central location. It is within walking distance of the main Roma Termini station and the nearest Metro.
I would say this was a 2 star, not a 3 star hotel because of the lack of facilities. There is no reception area, no lounge, and no bar. You walk in off the street...

I arrived at the Hotel Mamiani only to be told that my room, which had been booked for well over 3 weeks had been given away to another guest and there was no room for me there. Instead, the concierge booked me into a sister hotel called The Osimar which was well out of the heart of Rome but he...

I can thoroughly recommend Mamiani hotel.
We stayed there for a week-end in Rome in January.
We booked a triple room and have been very pleased with the experience. Location is good, within walking distance of the railways, and even closer to a metro station. The room we had was very clean. The decor was basic but we did not...
