The couple who run San Daniele are so kind and helpful. Our room was basic and pretty tiny but spotless and quiet. There was no wardrobe or cupboards, just a dresser so had to keep clothes in suitcase. We had a little fridge and nice en suite, and a small balcony. Maybe more of a hostel than a hotel but... More

We stayed at this B & B for 3 nights for our first trip to Rome. The location is perfect to walk to the train and to all the sites. The location was very noisy as well but you are in Rome and all of Rome is loud. We stayed in the last room by the kitchen and the courtyard... More

THis is a quaint hotel that is actually a group of rooms within an apartment building which houses residents of Rome. The rooms are grouped together within an apartment space. The room is small but adequate. room had two twin beds which were pushed together to form a larger bed. The beds were fine although they were low to the... More

We spent 5 nights here in March and what a treasure we found. It is not a hotel and so there is nobody from the hotel there off hours. Security is very good... it takes 3 keys to get into your room. First one from the street to the courtyard, second one after the elevator to the 2nd floor to... More

The first positive impression was before we arrived to Rome as the owners were really helpful and nice. The hotel has a great location - from here you can go anywhere in Rome on foot. The Colosseum is a 2 minutes walk - that is the nearest one but we could reach everything within 1 hour, so we didn't even... More

Andrea & Celeste, the owners of this hotel, were such great helpers to us on our first trip to Roma! Andrea picked us up from the airport, carried our luggage to our room (4 floors up!), and in the morning showed us his favorite breakfast restaurant and where the local atm's were located. The room price was economical, and had... More

As a tourist you have to explore Rome by foot. No matter where you go every few meters there is something new to discover. Only five minutes from the Colosseum the San Daniele Bundi House is perfectly located. Our room #3 was clean, very simple and no matter if you open or close the window the level of noise is... More

You walk only five minutes to the Colosseum or to Forum Romanum or the Monumento Vittorio Emanuele II. We didn't use public transport at all excepet... More

As far as location is concerned, this spot just can't be beat. We visited for New Years, and the celebration around the Roman Forum and Coliseum was literally outside our door. This small hotel consists of just a few rooms and is a short block walk from the Forum, Coliseum and Vittoriano. The neighborhood behind the hotel has some very... More

It is located in a very convenient place for sigt-seeing. Generally, it is a great place to stay in Rome, however, the reception closes at 4 pm, and it is quite difficult to find as you go on the street.
