We arrived late night, Elena welcomed us warmly and nicely. Great location,close to all sightseeings. Surroudings was very dirty, too many homellesses,junkies...it was very dangerous to get there late night. We couldnt sleep properly cause noise from outside although we closed windows. I stayed here for nearly a month in September and October this year while I was doing some work in Rome. It's an excellent location, just a short walk from Termini, with lots of fantastic places to eat nearby; the rooms are well-appointed and clean and the staff are extremely accommodation, friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money!

It's an excellent B&b, it's location let's you move all over Italy (stazione Termini), and Rome (Subway, buses, walking, etc.). Very clean place and quiet nevertheless being in a crowded street by day and night. Definitely a place to stay.

The Domus Victoria was very difficult to find as most hotels in Rome are but the service was amazing. We didnt arrive until 11:00 at night and the staff where happy and helpful.
