We stayed for four nights in one of their appartments this week. Nice and spacious appartment (and we had the smallest type) and it was clean. Bathroom a little bit dated but no problems their (maybe only the shower cabin could be a bit larger). Even almost every dat towels were changed. For us free use of kitchen and WiFi,... More

This flat hotel is 2 star category. Good things: - Location is perfect; - The rooms are located away from the street, no noise; - Near the hotel there are really good restaurants and Ice cream :D; - Big space in the room, nice for groups; - Cheap internet; Bad things: - The cleaning was terrible in the room and... We stayed at this apartment hotel for one night to catch an early flight home the next day. For a family of five the price was just right. Please be aware that this hotel charges extra for use of the kitchen and air conditioning. We paid 10 euros for the air conditioning. This is a nightly rate. Overall, the place... More

This is a 1 1/2 star hotel (by U.S. standards). It is an apartment and has not been updated since the 70's and the walls are made of paper and we could not sleep because of the noise. There were locks on the cabinets, like someone was going to really steal the dishes. The bathroom was horrible, we wore shower... More

We were very happy with our stay here. We came from the south of France which was no were near as big, and friendly. The staff were amazing, they spoke english, very professional even knew who we were when we walked in. They give great advice too. We were surprised when we walked in that it's a small apartment. Bathroom... More

Great location, clean, friendly and economical in a particularly expensive location. Breakfast /brunch can be purchased locally for very reasonable cost and you are. Within 50 metres of the Vatican and the main artery routes of Rome. Federica and Filipo are very friendly, informative and multi lingual, unlike me who is only informative.

The apartment building is located near (5 min walk) the Vatican. The room was ok, quiet but nothing special at that rate (considering Rome is expensive). We stayed four nights, and they provide one paper thin bath towel per person. No change of sheets, one skinny dishwashing cloth. No soap, no salt/pepper, and 2 rolls of toilet (sand) paper. The... We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which we felt was a very good price compared to anything else comparable. We did not want to spend too much as we knew we would be sightseeing all day. The apartment itself was set within an inner courtyard area, behind a large wooden door that lead out on to the road. It... More

Photos and webpage look very nice but it is really part of a low middle-class complex of apartments -you cannot see this until you arrive- It is smelly and noisy. There is no service at all from the staff who barely speaks English. Phone did not work during all the stay, A/C worked one day and the other. We took a... More

This Hotel was just superb for the price! Big rooms, including kitchen and appliances, great location just 2 minutes away from Saint Peter's Basilica, and amenities like supermarket, transport, etc. Not far from the Hotel there are lots of trendy restaurants and shops. The only complaint would be the towels, there are so thin as sheets! that you can't get... More
