This is the PERFECT hotel. Everyday I felt like I had my own apartment just steps from the PANTHEON!! It's just tucked away behind this amazing heavy wooden door. You get your own set of keys that look amazingly old. There's a nice elevator. And when you wake up, there is NO ONE near the Pantheon. It's all to yourself.... More

We are just finishing up our stay at al pantheon con Thomas Mann and it was delightful! Our room had two stories and an extra bed. The bedroom was on the second floor and had a wardrobe, dresser and plenty of room for storing our bags. The winding staircase to get upstairs was funky and gave the room some character.... More

When you book into an old palazzo that shares a courtyard with a restaurant, you have to anticipate that this is not 5 star accommodation and things could get noisy. What makes this place is the price and the location. Literally, you are 50 yards from the piazza della Rotunda and the Pantheon and a short walk to the Trevi... More

The hotel is just around the corner from the Pantheon, in a pleasant neighborhood and within walking distance of most of Rome's main attractions. The room was modest, and though a little dingy, nothing horrendous. However, the walls are EXTREMELY thin. I barely slept at all because the clarity and volume of the guy snoring next door gave the impression... More

After been moved from our original booking, the B&B could be bested describe as basic, however the staff was helpful and friendly, location was outstanding and all the main attractions were within walking distance. If you are looking for cheap accommodation no frills this is for you. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. We spent two nights at the accommodation and... More

It's more like an apartment building. The staff wasn't quite ready for breakfast at 0830. There's no reception. Not the nicest place in the world but the location is awesome. I would stay here again just for the price and location

In summary: It was horrendous - it was filthy dirty, everything was broken (even the door handle fell off in my hand! lol) and mouldy grotty bathroom. However, superb location, so spend the money and find somewhere close by. Don't waste your time, don't 'take a chance', don't bother, this place is terrible!!!

I can't understand those who post negative reviews about this place. It's made clear on booking that no-one will be on site for check in unless you advise just before arrival. This worked a treat for our group of 15 people, with Elena even coming down to where the bus dropped us off, to show us the way. Sure, this... More

Despite confirming when we arrived the staff weren't around to let us into our room. The room was in a good location but it wasn't cleaned properly - we found dirty clothes shoved into a corner. There is a little kitchen but you'd want to be crazy to use the filthy utensils they give you. When we were leaving they... More

I just arrived in Rome, with my wife and all of our luggage, then we couldn't enter the building. Luckly, someone from the building opened the door and we could enter the place. But there's no reception, just a number to call. A neighbor helped us and called that number, she said the staff would arrive in 15 minutes. We... More
