Staying at Buonanotte Garibaldi was absolutely delightful in every single way. It was a welcome oasis before and after a busy day of exploring the Rome streets and sights. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a beautiful, comfortable place to stay in a trendy neighborhood close to the spectacular sights of Rome.

What a gem! A great find. My husband and I recently stayed there for 6 nights and enjoyed the comfort and tranquil luxury atmosphere of Buonanotte Garibaldi. We had the option of staying free at big luxury hotels like Eden or St. Regis... but decided on this little B & B and don't regret it a bit. First of all... More

Could not have found a better way to do rome. Can walk to all the must see tourist sites but how lovely to come back to this home-comfort luxury away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Anyone who wants to feel like a local rather than a tourist should stay here. In the heart of trendy Trastevere its a... More

We have just returned from Buonanotte Garibaldi and it didn't disappoint. We booked the Rome Room for our anniversary and loved sitting on the private roof terrace in the sunshine - especially as we still had snow in our garden at home! The staff were delightful (especially David) and Luisa, the owner, had lots of wonderful tips on where to... More

Our second visit to this wonderful secluded grand villa in a peaceful haven of the Travestere with a warm welcome from David the house keeper, what a find. Only three rooms looking into a Marrakech type courtyard with lemon trees. The elegant Luisa, the owner, advises on all your needs; lots of good restaurants within minutes. So peaceful yet short... This hotel is in Trastevere, a really cool, characterful part of Rome (over the river from the main attractions but only a mile or two walk to all the main attractions). It lies behind an anonymous gate but once through you're in a lovely little courtyard replete with exotic tree-life and surrounded by the rooms and main hotel. We were... More

My husband and I stayed at this B&B in early September and were very pleased with our stay. We were in the Orange Room which, like the rest of the hotel, was very nicely decorated. Despite being in a very vibrant neighborhood, the hotel was very quite. Yet, you just had to take a very short walk to be right... More

The area is just perfect...away from all the noise, cars and crowds of downtown area of rome. The gate opens and you are in a most beautiful courtyard with areas to relax and have a drink or visit. the rest of the world is cut off. room was very nice and common areas delightful. due to our schedule, we did... This is exactly as the website! An ideal location in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Rome. Calm and relaxing behind the secure, ivy clad gates then step out into a wonderful part of Rome with cafes, bars and restaurants on your doorstep! Service is ideal and unobtrusive: breakfast a feast at a communal table: cheese, breads, freshly... More

We have spent 8 nights in this extraordinary and perfectly located guest house enjoying the unique atmosphere of the house and the privacy of our room with its big terrace every day... Thanks to the charming owner and the perfect house-keeper David we think this place is the best way to stay in Rome. We shall come back again...
