“Worth staying in Rome”

Located very close to the entrance to the Vatican Musuem, this B&B is ideally located for visits to Vatican CIty. Only a few (well lit) blocks away is the Metro so travel to other areas of Rome is convenient and inexpensive. Good restaurants are nearby as are shops and pharmacies. Located off-street in a courtyard of buildings, city noise disappears.... More

My girlfriend and I visited Rome for a romantic weekend- unfortunately the airline lost our luggage. It was returned the next day at the Strawberry House - which was apparently unheard of to the proprietors. In a fit of rage we were told 'how dare you have your luggage sent here?!' Hmm. Well first off I would say that we had a devil of a time finding this place. Its actually part of an apartment building and therefore not very well signed.
