Positive: Family run hotel with very friendly owners/staff. Room not luxurious but well equipped (good shower/empty fridge for buying supplies/big wardobe/safe/flat screen tv) and very clean. Exceptionally clean rooms, with balcony, well appointed and a great bed. Breakfast was lovely - plenty of food. Staff were so helpful and friendly - learn a few Italian words and they will love you. Certainly recommend staying here. So close to Colosseo (15 mins walk), other sights and supermarket.
