We really enjoyed our stay, Franco was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, the room clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided in-house was perfect (pastry and sandwich), it would have been nice to of had tea and coffee in our room alongside the kettle and cups. Nice B&B : we got a big room with plenty of place for our family (5 bed places + a big terrasse). The hotel is very well located, 200 m from a subway station and walking distance from Vatican. Very friendly personnel, we got good tips what to see and how to take us to the main touristic spots.
