We stayed at Pettinary Village for the second time in 3 years in May this year. It was great to see Ale & Fabiana again and to find this beautiful location was just as comfortable as last time. The daily room clean up and restocking of breakfast provisions is perfect - lovely fruit juice, cereal, bread, pastries, yogurt, tea/coffee, butter,... More

The location of pettinary village is unbeatable.....we walked to absolutely everything including the Vatican. The only exception was termini rail station for the train to and from the b & b. We enjoyed our stay and thought Fabiana and Ale were very nice and welcoming. A few things though: no elevator so you have to lug your stuff up a... More

4 minutes from Campo di Fiori, 4 minutes to Trastevere, yet very quiet sleeping quarters. Pettinary Village B&B is like having your own studio apartment, but with maid service and breakfast food replenished daily. The owners, Fabiana and Alessandro, go out of their way to make you feel welcome and answer any questions you may have. While our room was... More

Having been to Rome a couple of times, this time I wanted to stay somewhere a bit more central for the sites and closer to Trastevere for the evenings. Pettinary Village ticked all the boxes! The room is a double with separate en-suite and small kitchen. There is also a balcony and free WiFi. the building is 10 minutes walk... More

My husband and I went to Rome and then on a Mediterranean cruise for our honeymoon in Oct 2010. While in Rome, we stayed at Pettinary Village. It was a phenomenal trip! Pettinary Village is close to everything.. then again, I guess everything is within walking distance in Rome, but still! We loved everything about it: the room, the owners,... More

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Pettinary village in october 2011. We arrived in Fiumicino aiport by midnight, the owners had arranged for airport pick up but the driver never showed up. Alessandro, the owner, was waiting for oss, he had talked to the cab company and got a free transfer back to the airport for us as... More

My husband and I spent 3 nights in Rome at the Pettinary Village B&B. The owners (and Hamlet the English Bulldog) are wonderful and accomodating. They made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect....the B&B is on a street without vehicle traffic in the historic section of town. Quiet at night even though you are in the middle of... More

Do not be scared off by the graffiti on the wall or the distance from the metro, this B and B is situated right near the Campo de Fiori and is in a perfect location to see all of Rome's sights on foot (Vatican and Colosseum 15 mins, Trastevere 5 mins, Pantheon and Piazza Navona 5 mins etc..) The rooms... More

If you are looking for a nice place to stay in the historic center of Rome, stay at Pettinary Village. We just returned home from our vacation in Italy and stayed at Pettinary Village for 3 nights. The room was small (completely normal for Europe) yet comfortable and very nice and we could not go wrong for the price. We... More
