we were very good in this hotel, where we found staff friendly and reliable. our room was on a mezzanine floor and there was no lift, but the very friendly Mr. Virgilio accompanied us and brought us our very heavy suitcases. advised us where to eat our meals and how to visit the tourist areas. we hope to return soon
