Ok, cheap, clean and good service. Easy to find , very close to station. The one thing that is not that good is the noise from the streets . Good when one arrives not knows rome, and want relatively cheap bed.

for small budgets you get an very nice stay in Rome.You have clean rooms and find all basic things

The owner was very nice and helpful, and spoke excellent English. The room was cheap and clean, and was also in a great location. I walked every where I wanted to go, and if you aren't a fan of walking, its only a few minutes away from the bus and train station. Great value for the price.

First impressions? Well let's start with the lift up to the apartment. What a dinosaur!!! And a shower that sprays more water on the ceiling than out of the shower head?! WTF? The people there were helpful but €70 a night for a couple for this joint is way over the top. Sorry but I can't recommend this place.
