I arrived in the hotel hoping to get a swim in the pool, but it was out of order, room pretty bad, and extremely noisy for the station completely absence of isolation from both the station and the adjacent rooms. Electical and lighting where not working at all, so tried to call reception but also the phone wasn't working. So... More

My family- wife and 5 year old child had booked this hotel from 18th to 20th May. The experience was thouroughly disappointing. The location of hotel is opposite the Termini(train station) but thats about it. The area(lane in which the hotel is located is) is pretty gloomy with graffiti and suspicious looking people gawking at you all the times. In... More

This was the stranglest looking hotel I've ever stayed in, we missed it the first time as it looks like a Concrete council office and multistorey carpark, But on the inside the decoration was lovely with really modern rooms with all the necessaties including an Nespresso machine. The external terrace from the bar could do with a bit of attention.... More

this was a nice hotel when it was built... you can see that the design was a blast while ago and now it is a little bit shabby... still, nice location, close to Termini, great breakfast... cosy rooms with glass shower facing the room...

We have been staying at RadisssonBlu properties fairly exclusively worldwide for several years and this one in Rome was by far way below standard. Not clean, staff nor friendly, breakfast very expensive at Euro 26- per person and not at all worth it. Foolishly, we went with the brand name rather than checking with TripAdvisor first. Won't do that again.... More

Lets start with the three good things: comfortable beds, good breakfast and fast Internet access. Unfortunately the good things end here. This is absolutely the worst 5-star hotel I have stayed at. The rooms are in an urgent need of renovation, nothing functions as it should! Unbelievable that the management is so poor that they accept to damage the brand... More

The noise. The noise that starts at 5am every morning is what really got me worked up here. The hotel is next to the Termini-station and the sound isolation of the hotel is next to terrible. Not only I, but several of the other people in my team complained they couldn't sleep past 5am in the morning. The hotel has... More

Very clean and the rooms were great. Service could have been more friendly. Location was excellent only about a 15 min walk from the Colosseum and a short distance from a selection of restaurants/bars. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was terrible...over cooked fish, bland chicken, and one main course unbearably salty, an absolute waste of money. Breakfast... More

Myself and my partner stayed here for 3 nights. The welcome given by reception was OK and we found them to be helpful when we asked for directions upon leaving the hotel to eat. We did have to change our room from one overlooking the train tracks but this was no issue to the staff. Our second room on the... More
