The location is very good (close to the Colosseum/Forum, 1 metro station from the main Train station). Breakfast is in a typical Italian nearby café. Large, clean rooms with AC. Melissa and Francois were very friendly and helpful, they recommended and reserved for us very good restaurants. I recommend it and will definitely go back to this B&B next time.

Thank you to Melissa and Francois for being such gracious hosts. Truly, our vacation would not have been what it was without them and the Nicolas Inn. Our stay included a charming breakfast each morning at the neighborhood cafe...restaurant suggestions that weren't tourist traps, and travel/site seeing advice.
