we stayed here for 2 nights with our 10yr old we had been to Tuscany and wanted a couple of days in Rome. Its brilliant for the airport and shuttle bus thats it! The room was functional but the bathroom a disaster the shower sprayed everywhere and when we complained we were offered another room which at 10.30 at night... More

As it is a good location for stopping after a late arrival in Rome or the night before a morning flight, we stay here regularly. There are several good restaurants nearby if you know the district but otherwise, just eat in the hotel. The rooms are clean, basic and comfortable and the price is good. We stay here often as... Like others we had selected this hotel only for an early flight. Although it is so close to Exit 23 from the autostrada, even when you get the right road in to Ciampino, the hotel is invisible from the road. We only found it by pulling in to the Airport Parking Compound. Prewarned I had emailed the hotel to ask... More

This is a great hotel to stay in if you need to stay close to Ciampino airport. It is a 5 minute drive from the hotel to Ciampino airport. The rooms were large, very clean, beds a bit hard (but that seems to be the norm in Italy) The evening meal in the restaurant was well above avarage, highly recommended!... More

We stayed here because of an early flight out of Ciampino airport. This hotel is very close to the airport, so close, that you could literally walk to the runway. It is not in a nice location, nothing is nearby and is more like a motel than a 3 star hotel, that was rated by venere.com. The front desk staff... More

First the good, spacious rooms, ability to park cars close to room, and decent restrauant located in the hotel. Now the bad, this hotel is located in out in the middle of nowhere. On one side of the hotel you have a airport carpark, on the other you have a bunch of derilict buildings and in the rear you have... More

It was close to a disaster staying there. But some parts of the experience make up for it. The rooms were old. Bed was uncomfortable. Tap water had a funny taste (weird to be exact). Dunk musty smell emanated from the toilet. Had to keep it shut all the time. Walls were thin - no protection from noisy people in... More

We selected this hotel because we had an early morning flight on RyanAir. When we arrived, exited the airport and proceeded to the WHITE Taxies. If we would have known that we could have taken a BUS in the direction to the Anagnina Metro (line A) for only 1euro each to the hotel, which is literally about a 2 min... More

We chose this hotel because it is close to Ciampino Airport. Big mistake. Unfortunately, it took our cab driver 40 minutes to find the hotel less than 2 km from the airport. The meter was at 17 euro after driving around, lost, for that long. So we went inside upon arrival to ask advice of hotel staff for a reasonable... More

We used the Palacavicchi for an o'night stay, to catch an early flight from Ciampino. On a quick phone call we were picked up within 5 minutes by the hotel's minibus and its cheerful driver. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself looked like an enormous single-storey motel, with rooms on very long, straight corridors. It wasn't... More
