The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Termini station. it is located in clean and quiet neighborhood. There is a big store near it, shops, cafes and restaurants. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is fresh and nice.

From Roma Termini, it takes a good 10 mins of walking and maybe somewhat hard to find at first. We stayed after Christmas into New Years and for a quad room we paid avg $162 US dollars/nt. Since we would be arriving at the airport and then going by bus or train we wanted a place that was within walking distance. This hotel is very close to the train station but not too close. While the beds weren't the softest or most comfortable, the room was a decent size, lots of modern conveniences we would otherwise overlook (lots of outlets, electric hot water pot, etc), a great, quaint, buffet-style breakfast, and great location close to the Roma Termini station. Also lots of authentic Italian restaurants around (ie they don't speak English).

My wife and i stayed for 2 nights and it was just what we wanted, it was walking distance for everything including getting the Metro. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would go back there but would ask where my kettle was in room for making a brew !!
