very good location, clean, linen and towels are spotless. good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.

Overall the B&B was quite allright. But the matrass was na bit hard. However it was very clean with a nice shower and a beautiful courtyard! The location gives you a great oppertunity to walk into the city centre or take the metro to the Vatican. Very nice owner who is helpful and polite.

Picture is not where we stayed. Our family was separated 2 blocks away from each other. Too close to train station.

Totally not what was advertised in Booking.com. Room was very small with an en-suite which you could only describe as a cupboard with a sliding door. Facilities were non exsistant and we were told the heating came on in the evening. It does not have a reception area and we were met at the gate where the sign said dentist.... More

Definately not what we expected. The only nice things I can say is that it was clean and the garden was nice. Upon arrival we was met at a gate as there is no reception area. The room was still being cleaned and it was freezing cold. When we asked about heating, we was told the air con didn't work... More
