Quite frankly the only positive I can find for this hotel is that the rooms are relatively clean. Otherwise, would not recommend this property to anyone. Aside from the very strong smell of smoke throughout the hotel, the rooms are tiny (esp the bathroom, barely ANY room to move), the mattress was hard, pillows flat like pancakes, the walls paper... Dear Mrs Christine, first and foremost we do apologize for the bad experience you had with us and thanks for pointing it out us. Unfortunately as read in your review I see your trip in Rome has begun being pickpocketed and ended even worst. Rome is a huge city and unfortunately sometimes it's not so easy grant the security needed.... More

After booking a four day break away I didn't realise this hotel was approx 6km away from the Vatican. However, we were more than happy with the hotel. It was very welcoming , the rooms were very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is adequate with different cakes and croissants, and there were plain rolls and... More

I suppose it all depends what you are used to. We needed a budget hotel which was clean and safe and that is what we got. Staff were fine and breakfast was good. Japanese students were a bit loud at night but hey, they are kids having fun........a quiet word and they were good as gold. Don't let the ramshackle... More

We were not told by the travel company that this hotel is a 20 minute bus ride from the centre of Rome. This wasted valuable time since we were only there for a long weekend. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and fairly comfortable, but the service in the restaurant was very poor, as they were under staffed. The restaurant... More

The hotel is half an hour by express train from the airport (15euro) than thirty minutes by taxi (18 euro) from Rome termini . There is nothing locally to do after dinner .The room was very good, clean, but the staff in the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The American bar was full of what looked like refugees on crutches,... More

After reading a number of less than complimentary reviews about this hotel we weren't sure quite sure what to expect. However, we found the room comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfasts more than adequate. Each morning there was a choice of cereal, yoghurt, rolls, bread, cheese, ham, salami, a variety of cakes e.g. croissants, pain... More

As with many people we were wary having read the Tripadvisor reviews - but its true that you get what you pay for and for the price it wasnt bad. Yes its a longish journey into town but straightforward and cheap.Area around it was quite dirty - people dont seem to pick up their dog poo. The rooms were clean... More

Excessive noise every night....no internet...TV didn't work......lights kept tripping the micro switches so plunged into darkness.....breakfast .....like a cafeteria. Good points, clean bathroom, cheap. 15 Euros to centre of town.
