this is a very good option for budget travelers in rome. first, the location is great, in a quiet street right next to a busy street (via nazionale) and a 7 minute walk from termini (great to get to and from the airport). the hotel itself is very nice, as long as you're not looking for an extravagent experience. a... We stayed 3 nights. Hotel is in downtown, very close Termini. The entrance of the hotel was very cool. Entering from a huge door opening to an inner court. Old and historical building. bathroom and bed-sheets, etc. was clean. But breakfasts was very poor. coffees' also bad. It is written as rooms have wireless connection but that's not real. Only... we stayed in this hotel for two nights, there was work going on in the main hotel so we were taken to another set of rooms part of the same building but off the main via Nationale. We had keys to the main building as well as our room so it was quite secure especially at night but no reception... More

It is not bed and breakfast, in my case it was biohazard and biohazard. I had misfortune same as previous reviewer. Room dark in absence of daylight, in absence of evening light since both lightbulbs delivered estimated 25w. Mattress was ancient, in state of decomposion, (biohazard) full of bedbugs, bacteria and virusses. Each morning I ended waking up almost sick... More

Stayed here for 5 nights with partner. Room not where we checked in but outside and around the corner and down the road. 4 keys to get in main door, then gate, then another door, then room. 100's of people in the complex. Room so dark it was like living for 5 days by candlelight. Where lamps should have 2... More

Really great location - near via National, Quattro Fontane, Santa Maria degli Angeli. Transport location is good - metro Repubblica in 2 minutes, Termini is 10-15 minutes walking from the hotel. The hotel is on the second floor. It is small, but very cosy. People at reception are very friendly and helpfull, they give us a map of the city... More

Basic and affordable rooms close to the centre ( 5 min ) and train station (3 min ). Rooms are small but clean, comfy beds, basic but clean bathroom. If you want good pasta, you don't go to England. If you want an English breakfast, don't go to Rome. Friendly reception, free desktop with internet at your disposal. After 15... More

We got a room for 3 people (it was essentially one bed that had two single beds pushed together with another single bed on the side). The room and bathroom were fairly clean and felt plenty big for the 3 of us. The room had an AC unit but it really did not work very well, we basically had to... More

VERY nice and helpful staff, small but comfy room with really comfy bed, clean bathroom, great location, very very nice breakfast, lots of choice (but don't eat mortadella - advice given by an Italian couple staying in the hotel at the same time :-] ). no problems, only nice impressions and experiences. friendly atmosphere, like in your new Italian home.... Great if you don`t mind smaller rooms. The bathroom did have a mildew smell but the rest of the room was very clean. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was great. We stayed for 8 days and would definitely stay again. May not be a good location for bigger families but great for couples. The location could not have... More
