We didn't pay that much for this hotel, breakfast was included. It was well worth the money. It is only 3 stops away from Termini, anyhow you get anywhere you want in a minute. The metro is very fast, so location is awesome. We did not waste time getting places. Also recommeneded - Get the roma pass. Breakfast was excellent,... More

My sister and i stayed at Mercure Piazza Bologna for 3 nights and it was such a wonderful experience. The location is great. It is in the middle of residential area and we explored the real Rome there. The cafes and the restaurants surrounding the hotel are a real local Italian standard and they taste awesome! It is only 5... More

We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed our stay immensely, both because of the hotel which is up to standard for a mercure, we have stayed in many, and the unique location of being just 3 metro stations from Rome central (Termini) and only 200 meters from the station. The unique thing about the location is it is in the... More

This hotel is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, with many good restaurants and shopping nearby. There is a Metro station within a few minutes walk, which makes it handy to get to Rome city center and the sights. The coffee service in the lobby is not always open- seems unpredictable. The cost of this hotel is the only major downside.

This hotel is tops in its price point. The staff was courteous and professional. The lobby and bar are were clean and comfortable. Our room was, as with all of our rooms in Italy and the UK, small, but this room was very clean and the bedding was luxurious, the bed very comfortable. While I have nothing at all negative... More

It is near to the underground. Also close to a few eateries. Service was just okay and can be improved to better serve customer. Had booked for Privilege Room but did not get allocated one. They said a room the same size and facility was given instead as they wee fully booked. Disappointed to say.

Great hotel, but a bit out of center. Had to take the Metro downtown, but there are many good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and a bank of vendors a block away which made last minute scarf shopping easy! I fell, tripped on a strange step and the hotel management was quick to offer ice, help, etc. The... More

I would recommend that you check the locations of places you'd be going to then take a look at the city map before booking hotel. Apparently, it was super far from the city centre and with traffic, you'll be wasting your time on the taxi. Yes it is close to Termini station, one of the main stations in Rome but... More

Quite well located (a short walk from Bologna Metro station). Good rooms and excellent value. Relatively quiet area away from tourist crowds but easy to reach central Rome via metro. Would stay again.
