This is a nice modern hotel but it isn't a very convenient base for visiting Rome. The Hotel claims to be 20 minutes from the centre of Rome but to get to Terminus station takes,1) a walk up an unpaved and unlit road, 2) a bus journey to La Gustiana Railway Station, 3) a train journey on the FN3 to... The hotel is located relatively far away from the city center. It can be reasonable solution to medium budget traveler since it is less expensive for same hotels near the town. The hotel has all the facilities that make him 4 star hotels; however the room is relatively small. Everything is compact and in the minimum level. The mattress are... More

The Prime Hotel is an excellent hotel, although its distance from the city center may pose as a slight hurdle for some. Primarily, the hotel itself is clean, has friendly staff, and has all the amenities of a 4 star hotel. Its location is rather secluded from the main road, but having a local convenience store is handy. It is... More

This hotel was advertised as close to the airports and 20 minutes' drive from the Centre of Rome. It may be a 20 minute drive but on public transport it took about an hour and a half each way including waiting etc. You need to take a shuttlebus (which you have to book in advance) to the local mainline station,... Found the hotel staff very helpful although it is outside centre of Rome it's only 20 minutes by train to St Peters Square and the metro is very good if you need taxi from Rome to hotel it should cost €25.00 at the most but don't ask for fixed price we were charged €40.00 when we asked for fixed price.... I have just returned from Rome and stayed at the Prime Hotel. It was a bit far out of the City but once you got the hang of the metros, it was easy. When we arrived at Ciampino Airport, there were agents saying book this taxi, hire this bus etc, but we went to the travel kiosk and booked the... More

This hotel was completely terrible. It is located in about 50 kilometers away from FCO airport, and 30 kilometers away from the center of Rome. I took a taxi from the airport and it cost 48 euro. Hotel staffs were unpleasant to me, and I felt very bad. The room was very small and no buthtub. The bathroom was separated... More

Our first night here was the night before the tour. They had overbooked and had provided us a room in a much nicer hotel, which was fine. Our second night, with our tour, the hostess was rude to us. I haven't had anyone else make fun of me for trying to speak Italian besides the woman at this hotel. The... More

Four of us signed up for a european destinations tour and we regrettably did not map this hotel out. It is very misleading that this hotel is "in Rome" We actually have photos that we took from the taxi saying that we were no longer in Rome and had signs heading towards Florence, I'm not kidding. It was actually the... More

Our Party consisted of 8 rugby players over for the Italy V Ireland 6 nations game. On our arrival the manager rushed out to stop us unloading the minibus and told that due to an unforseeable event our rooms were not going to be available. He then informed that we would be happy with the alternative he had selected for... More
