The hotel location is sensational,it is very close to all the major attractions, Colloseum, Pantheon, Roman forum. It was a slightly longer walk to the Vatican, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps but still within easy walking distance. No need for public transport, if you are reasonably fit you can walk everywhere. Just prepare for the cobbled streets they take a... More

The hotel is in a fabulous location, so that it is central to all the main sights. I stayed in a superior room which was nicely decorated, but a bit worn around the edges. The bed was very hard, and there was no mattress cover which didn't help. The mattress was a bit dirty. The room was very warm and... More

This hotel is in an ideal location for exploring Rome on foot. Five to ten minute walk to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon. Staff recommended excellent restaurants and quickly sorted out getting us into the correct room because they originally put us in a single when we'd booked a double. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were large by European standards.... More

This was the last leg of our Italian vacation and the hotel was beautiful. The room was a good size, there was ample room for us to put our belongings, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was superb, the choice of food was excellent. The gentlemen at the front desk were super helpful, they... More

the location is insane...the price for this location is even better. yes this is not a true 4 star room-wise, and yes the wi-fi is weird (can only be accessed in the lobby and you have to pay extra for it, 10 euros for 12 hours of total use) however the breakfast was great, and the front desk service was... The location of this hotel is perfect. Right beside Piazza Venetia, it is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, 5 minutes to Trevi Fountain, but best of all...there is an express bus right outside that takes you to the Vatican at one end, and the Termini at the other. For only 1 euro, the bus is the only way... More

a co worker and i stayed at the cosmopolita March 22-26,2012 and the best thing about this hotel is the location...good breakfast, and nice roof patio. Chris checked us in and he was very polite and helpful. The other 2 receptionists were on the rude side.. but, just to note..we were in room 514 and there is an elevator but... More

I arrived in Rome during a bus and Metro strike and, with a massive queue at the taxi rank, decided to walk fron Termini to the hotel (around 1km). Thankfully I had checked out the hotel on Google Streets or I might not have been able to find it as the street was not listed on the map I had.... More

Smaller modern hotel located very central adjacent to Piazza Venizia. Good, clean hotel off of main drag and hustle bustle of main Piazza. Rooms were small but very comfortable. Clean with no issues whatsoever. AC, Heat, shower all functioned normally. Staff friendly and helpful. Internet avail in lobby. Cant recall about internet in room. Didn't have computer with me so...
