I was traveling by myself and the staff made me feel very welcome. They checked me in as quick as possible, set my luggage in the room and set off for a walk to the Forum. They are very funny and nice. I stayed in a dorm with 7 other people. The rooms were clean and lockers in the room... More

I stayed here for 2 nights with 7 male friends in a dorm for 8. The room was No.43 on the fourth floor and was perfect for our stay. The bus from Ciampino Airport dropped us at the end of Via Vicenza and there was the Alessandro Palace. The arrival hall is impressive and the the guys at check-in got... More

Me and my girlfriend flew from London and were a bit apprehensive cos we don't speak any Italian. There was no problem anywhere along the way though. Everyone spoke English, and some Italians even speak with American accents. Alessandros made us really welcome. They were friendly from moment we arrived, although reception was really really busy. The rooms were clean... More

If it wouldn't be for the free pizza, I would review this place with 2 stars.. Let's start with the negative: The rooms are extremely basic, no lights on the beds when makes a difference when people come in late and have to turn on the only main light. One bathroom for 8 people is not enough, it is also... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't fault it. The staff are friendly and helpful, and room was really spacious and clean. The bathroom was cosy but cleaned reguarly and had all the amenities needed. There were even lockers in the room so make sure to take a pad lock. For the cheap price it was exactly what was... More

Very nice Hostel, stayed at an annex building but was very nice. Cheap, free internet, and the pub crawl was awesome. It's near Roma Termini, so transportation is beyond easy and this is a plus if you are arriving late at night by train.

I had already stayed in Rome for five nights with my girlfriend. When she left I moved to the hostel to stay with my mates. It was clean, modem, very friendly and helpful. Easily one of the best hostels I have stayed in. While the area is a trek for most things cultural, it is also by the station that... More

The hostel has lots to offer for a reasonable price. I stayed in the annex building, with no toilet on the room and still was very pleased. The annex is just around the corner and the room was really comfortable. On the first day we had a problem with the air conditioner of the room, that got all my friend's... More

Great value as located near central train station termini. Reception is on 2nd floor with small lift you will be more than likely struggling up a long flight of steps with luggage be prepared. Found some of the staff very rude and abrupt. Very spacious dorm room had to ourselves - bedding not comfortable felt like sleeping on the floor... More
