Simple hotel, but clean and friendly staff. Room was basic but large with decent shower. Location was excellent, right next to termini station where all trains, buses, metros and airport transfers go from. Staff very helpful regarding places to eat and buses to get there.

Good location 5 minutes away from Termini, food available to buy at Spar and a handful of nice inexpensive restaurants and bars around. We only stayed for one night, but the hotel was good value, quiet, clean and comfortable. It does exactly what it should for the price and location (5 mins to Termini), plus has free WiFi and breakfast included. I would recommend to anyone who is more concerned with budget and location, than a fancy hotel.

WORSE STAY EVER: -broken shower -broken television -smoke smell -horrible service -broken a/c Our shower was broken and when we complained, they tried to blame us for breaking the shower head because we were "Ignorant Americans" Dont, it was awful and they had no sympathy or service.
