We stayed at ISA hotel during late January 2012. The location is great, safe, close to the Vatican, 8 minutes walk from the Metro station. I'm actually wildly ambivalent about this hotel. The good: Location, reasonably modern room and bath, very nice terrace for breakfast and cocktails, good breakfast buffet. The bad: Like another reviewer, we could not control the overheating in late December, other than by opening our window 24/7. Stayed for 5 nights, the only reason it was for 5 nights is because I mistakenly prepaid. The location of the hotel was pretty good and the breakfast buffet was ok, other than that the hotel front desk staff was not that friendly, the rooms were way to small.
