Bad location rooms with strange smell Breakfast very limited but overall for coming to see Rome and not the hotel, only for slipping It was ok

Receptionists overall are rude (except one gentleman during the evening shift). Hotel is not convenient for families with babies, quarduple room is at the 4th floor, elevator (the slowest one in the world) goes up to 3rd. Then one has to carry luggage, prams, kids etc and "crawl" the narrow steps. They don't inform about this. Room is overall good.... More

Very rude staff except for one nice young woman. Horrible location, very scary area. The pictures on their site do not show the reality. Noisy. We were devastated on arrival but the hotel was prepaid by the agent. We had no choice but to stay there. Run away!!!!!!!!!!!

the hotel is no more than 10 minutes from termini, (walk left straight out of the station). the hotel was very clean, we had fresh towels etc.. everyday. and the staff were really friendly, they gave us a good map when we checked in and told us the best way to get to the attractions. its in a good location...
