We have just returned from a long weekend break, staying at the Hotel Trevi. I was a little worried about staying at the hotel after reading some reviews. We stayed in room 515 which is situated in a little building around the corner. The bedroom was a good size, clean and with nice bathroom facilities. Breakfast is served in the... More

We had some troubles with our room: tv out of order as the light near the bed. Breakfast ok but staff was rude. Anyway, Rome is fantastic

Our suite was o-k as far as space, at least for Italy. We were in a separate building from the lobby which created problems. The phone didn't work so we had to walk 2 blocks to report it. The TV didn't work, the in-room refrigerator didn't work and often the plastic key card didn't work either! Breakfast was o-k but... More

Me and my partner came back on saturday. We had a lovely time in rome apart from the very rude and ill mannered people. Our hotel room was very clean all though it wasn't in the actual hotel it was up the street, the check in staff were very helpful, but the breakfast staff were terrible, very rude and wouldn't... My husband and I stayed here in September while we were in Rome for 4 days. The hotel's location was the best! We walked everywhere and the hotel was very centrally located. The front desk staff were very helpful. We did end up staying down the street, not in the main hotel building, but the room was very clean, spacious,... More

Stayed for five nights, room away from main hotel, only 30 Mtrs up the street in a separate building. Room on top floor, with roof terrace completely unexpected but wonderful. Breakfast is interesting, went out after first morning and had coffee at one of the many cafes. Room clean and bed comfortable, and great location. Staff very helpful, left luggage... More

When we checked into the hotel, we were carted down the road to a room in what appeared to be an apartment building. Three locks to get into the building and room. Cleaning service was non-existant. Room looked more like a hostel than anything else(with the exception of the bath) which had been redone. Very noisy with a restaurant on... More

My husband and I had booked 4 nights in Rome at this charming hotel. As we were dropped off further up the road we wondered where we were heading. We couldn't have been more surprised. The hotel is on the snaklike streets of Rome, about 30 seconds walk from the Trevi foutain! Our room was in the adjacent apartment block... More

Good location, but that is about all we can say about this hotel. One particular member of staff was very rude. Our room was changed because it was in the basement and not in the hotel. There were no windows and smelt very damp. Our new room was marginally better and the breakfast room was poor as was the breakfast.... More

Trevi Hotel has a great location in Rome. Just next to Trevi Fountain and a walk of max 10 min to the Coliseum. The problem with its location was that it is found in a street so small that cars are not allowed, resulting in difficulties for those who travel with big and heavy bags. My family and I loved...
