Another hotel (Hotel Kennedy) said they were full, and moved us here when we arrived. I twisted my ankle en route to this hotel. We got to our room which was small but had high ceilings. My husband advised me to soak my ankle in the tub, but it was visibly dirty, and there was mold growing on it, so... More

The neighbourhood was full of sketchy looking people and most of them looked like drug dealers or prostitutes. That made us feel a little bit uncomfortable so we did not go out after dark. Entering the hotel there was a really scary looking lady ( later we found out that she was the cleaner) but the man in the front... More

I think we got the most odd-shaped room (106). It was long and thin and it felt like a coffin. The lcoation was great for the train station, and walking distance to all major things in the centre. Water in shoer was hot, staff were friendly, we didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that. Some hair in the... More

We arrived late September 2011, and stayed here for 4 nights to explore Rome. Walking up to the hotel, especially in the dark, we didn't get the greatest impression. However, inside, we realised it is your clean, run-of-the-mill, basic european city hotel. The best things about the hotel room are the comfy the bed, the air conditioning (which we had... More

We only stayed in this hotel for 1 night before we flew to Greece. It was close to the train station and the rooms were nice. Very weird hair dryers! There was a Chinese restaurant right next door, which was fabulous and CHEAP! The front desk clerks were very nice and helpful. One of them bought my extra Italy stamps... More

I arrived into the area by train at night and though the hotel was very close to the train station, the area felt very unsafe. There was many homeless people and other suspicious people around and I felt that my odds of getting mugged were high. When I arrived at the hotel the man at the front desk informed me... More

My wife and i had a room on the forth floor,( 27th aug 1st sep 2011) the room was spotlessly clean. air con was great. View from the window is what you would expect in the heart of a city, the size of the room was more than adequate. shower was an absolute joy (i think the pump was run... More

Have almost only good things to write about the hotel. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The room we had on the fourth floor was very good. AC was controlled and quiet. The bathroom was large and clean. The breakfast was as feared small, but I had not expected anything else. Area the hotel is located in the undeserved bad reputation.... More

Hotel was not in a nice area. Room had no decoration at all, was dark, cracks in the drywall, walls were thin enough to hear the television from a neighboring room. The kind of hotel that needs to warn travelers that "damages to linens will be charged to the room."

Upon our arrival to Rome our hotel reservation fell through and we were forced to scramble for a hotel by the train station at 10 o'clock at night. We spent the night at the Quisisana for a cost of 85 euros. It was one of the least expensive hotels in the "termini" area, which is one of the cheapest areas... More
