A good hotel, small but perfectly formed, in a location close to the train station and bus terminus. Not so close to the main sights, but a manageable walk. The rooms were small but well furnished, as was the breakfast room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. Overall a very pleasant stay. Not 'wow' but good... More

My wife and I were in Rome for 4 nights at this hotel and had a great experience. We had a basic room which was very clean and air conditioned. Bathroom had a great shower and we had no issues with drinking the tap water in the room. Breakfast was not included with the room and was a bit pricey... More

We booked through Priceline which billed this hotel as 4-star. It is not. It is a good, basic clean hotel, more 3 or 2.5 by American standards. The location is good if you need to travel out of Rome by train, but it is a bit far from some major sites, although good walkers can do it all. There are... More

We stayed for 4 nights and really had a great time. It is PERFECTLY well situated because Termini (Metro and Railaroad main Station) is just a short walk away, whitch makes it very easy to come and go as you please. The rooms was very small but very nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom was huge, so that made up... More

I stayed at Hotel Royal Court in January 2012 for 2 nights. I was travelling with my husband and another couple. We booked a quad room, which had 2 double/queen beds. The room was outdated, but clean. And it was quite small for a quad room. We found it difficult with all four of us and our luggage, as there... More

After quickly booking a non-refundable room for four nights, I googlemapped this hotel and thought 'hmmm' to myself since the hotel appeared nothing like most other four star hotels I have stayed at... But a week later as I was pulling my luggage onto their stairs in the little alleyway, I was pleasantly surprised. Although the exterior looked decrepit and... More

We stayed at this hotel for three nights from 27th April. It is close to the Termini station (2 min walk). Consequently it is idealy located for sightseeing as you can catch a tour bus nearby or jump on the metro which is inexpensive and will transport you to the vatican in around ten minutes. The colosseum, Forum and Palantine... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in a double room on the ground level that opened into the courtyard. While the location is very convenient if you need to be near Termini station, it is quite far from the popular tourist spots (e.g. roughly 25 minute walk to Trevi Fountain area, 20 minute walk to Colosseum, 45+ minute... Very close to termini station and convenient to get around anywhere in the city. The staff was excellent, especially the lady concierge (unfortunately I didn't catch her name), who went above and beyond to make arrangements for our city excursions. The room was very clean, although the bathroom did smell a little sometimes and the shower stall was cramped, even... More
