The guy in room service in the evenings left a positive memory from the stay. The service wasn't always prefect but it was given with a lot of personal touch .

We spent five nights in Rome at the Hotel Panama Garden. They did not have a room large enough for my husband, me, and our three teenagers, so we had two rooms. The staff was great and spoke English well (at least the front desk staff did). We had free internet for our entire stay. We chose to have the... More

The staff were very helpful, speaks very good English, and they are really nice about the services given. First night they put a complimentary wine in my room, they upgraded me without even asking. The rooms are reasonable size for European standards, clean and well kept. The breakfast was very good with a different variety of choices available. The front... More

This hotel is located a little way out of town but it made up for it in value for money. We stayed three nights and had a small twin room on the 4th floor but it was really clean and included wifi access, BBC, and there's a gym. The staff were incredibly helpful and its very easy to get a... More

Had a super time in Rome, and enjoyed the hotel. Highlights include the breakfast, great range, really tasty and can eat as much as you want. For me it was the fuel for the day and i didnt eat til dinner - great for making the most of your days. The breakfast room is pleasant. Another highlight is the staff... More

We stayed here at the start of March 2012 for a long weekend break. The Hotel was just as described on the website, which for us was perfect. It was a 35 minute walk into the city or a shorter walk around the corner to the bus stop. The staff were lovely and very helpfull, booking us into a local... More

Pluses: In a pleasant residential area off the tourist track. Very well run, with helpful staff. A good restaurant about quarter of a mile away. When we complained about our impossibly small "standard" bedroom, we were upgraded without charge to a spacious and quiet room. The receptionists provide helpful information on local bus and tram routes. Breakfast is included. Minuses:... More

Super helpful staff, room was clean and tidy. Location was a bit of a trek and had to get a bus in to the centre every day, but quite managable. Would stay again for realiability factor. Bed was a little hard, but who cares when you're having fun in Rome :)

Me and my partner went to Rome for the first time for a Valentines break, and was recommended this by Avios as it was the same price as a 3 star hotel. The room: Very clean, warm considering it had snowed, but no English TV channels so glad of the laptop (to be expected in Italy), had a shower, everything... More
