This place was such a great find! Irina took very good care of us and was very helpful as we were first timers in Rome. Its a great location with it just being a 7 min walk to Vatican city, a 3 min walk to the train station/bus station. it took one bus to take us to all the sites... More

It was my pleasure as well having you for the week, I'm happy to hear you had a good stay and enjoyed Roma for the first time from a central position, and I'm glad the service was suitable! More

This was our first experience of staying in a B&B. The room was of average size with bunk beds for children. The good part of the place was close proximity to The Vatican - literally outside the street going to The Vatican and very good bus connections to all places. However, as can be expected, all services were to be... More

We had every intention to park our hire car out of town and take the train into rome. We left the booking too late (same day) and couldn't find anywhere we liked in the outskirts. Completely last minute we booked into the Vatican B&B. Whilst traversing the Rome ring road we were advised by the manager to head towards the... More

Enjoyed the B&B two rooms and kitchen all in excellent condition and at a price less than a single room at a similar standard hotel. Large rooms and kitchen with excellent free internet. Excellent breakfst taking the sandwiches for the day. Love the area as it is close to all Rome highlights mostly by walkin: the Vatican - 500 meters,... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The room was of a perfect standard, and on top of this cleaned everyday. The breakfast provided was perfect for a big day of sightseeing and the facilities provides us with constant fridge access/facilities for cooking if we wished. Location was a beautiful 20min walk into central Rome and directly next to the Vatican which... More

A little confusing to find as it is several rooms in different apartment buildings, but a real gem! Clean, reasonable, well-located (for the Vatican, slightly further out for other major attractions, but Rome is a beautiful city to walk around, day or night), and Irina was really helpful and accommodating. Thanks for having us!

Perfect location - you don't have to take a train or anything else, the Skt. Petri church is a walk away, 10 minuttes walk to the old city centrum! The owner is really helpfull and polite - I would recommend this B&B for people with normal standards regarding the comfort, as it is not a 5 star hotel, but a... More

The B&B is within walking distance of all major sights in Rome which has allowed us to walk there most of the time, which was great because, as we discovered, public transport in Rome can be a little trying sometimes. Breakfast was amply sufficient for 2 and included fresh croissants, tramezzini (sandwiches), and bread, self-service coffee, tea, cereals, milk....; the... More
