Lovely clean hotel with the friendliest most helpful staff. Our standard room on the 4th floor had a massive bed with a very comfortable mattress and pillows. Air con was individual room controlled. The bathroom was not massive but bigger than you'd expect in a city centre hotel.
We did not eat in the hotel so cannot pass any judgement...

After a nightmare in a terrible hotel we have booked in the center of Rome,we ended next day to the Crown Plaza. It is an excelent hotel to stay,with nice cofortable and clean rooms. Twin bed room was very spacious and with a balcony with pool view. The stuff was very good.

We stayed here during April as we were getting married , the hotel was fantastic, great rooms , friendly staff especially Valentino in the bar and also the pianist who played every night! Around 30 of our guests stayed and they were all very happy!! The spa was very relaxing also!!

I stayed at this hotel in March, 2012. As a first unique aspect, it is one of the few hotels that allow 4 adults in a room. While they charge for each adult over 2, unlike other hotels, the charge is not so much that you would simply book two rooms.
