Yes, it was nice to be less than a block from Trevi Fountain and its circus atmosphere, and it was great to have San Crispino a couple of blocks farther. But otherwise, this was my least favorite hotel of the three on this trip. True the room was small, but the bathroom was the smallest ever. To get to the... More

OK, so it's a few steps from the Trevi Fountain and you can walk to the Spanish Steps, but otherwise---feh. Rooms are cramped and graceless, breakfast is "served" in a dingy basement, and the staff is distant, cold and downright rude. There are many more, many better places to stay in the Eternal City.

Having stayed at this hotel following a trans-Atlantic cruise which ended in Italy in April, I have to agree with a review below: location is great, rooms are tiny, beds very firm and pillows like rocks. My wife thought she was Wilma Flintstone, given the hard-as-rocks pillows. I guess that made me Fred Flintstone? (for those too young to know,... More

Coming from different areas of Italy into this room was a relief for the three of us. While headed to our room we peeked into some open rooms and saw staff mopping and wiping vigorously everywhere which was a relief! The staff took great care and thought out our questions quite well. The location is block in front of the... More

We had mixed reviews of this hotel. It is located in a pretty nice place near the Trevi Fountain. First the pluses: The place is clean and well-kept with a well-trained bell and maid staff. The breakfast is good even for European standards. The rooms were by far the smallest (less than 10x10 with a very small bathroom and an... More

Perfect location for sightseeing in Rome. The Trevi fountain is literally 30 seconds walk away so very central indeed. We were able to walk everywhere from our hotel including the Spanish Steps, the Vatican and the Colleseum. Loads of restaurants in walking distance. The hotel itself was very comfortable. The rooms were spacious as was the bathroom with a separate... More

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the end of our cruise and although it wasn't one of the chosen hotels by cruise company, we found it to be very clean and quiet considering it's location to Trevi Fountain. The front desk staff were excellent and very approachable. Salvadore even phoned the airport to check our flight schedule as... More

A real find - booked though 'Secret Escapes' this hotel exceeded expectations in many ways. The location is perfect – easy walking to all the sights, a stroll to the Colloseum, and a moment from the Trevi Fountain. The staff, especially the gentlemen on reception and ever present ever helpful porter, were outstanding. I’ve stayed in 5*s across Europe and... More

We really liked this hotel for the location to so many sites. It was so neat see the Trevi everyday. The hotel was modern, clean and spacious. There were three of us and our daughter had the large couch made up for her every night. The windows were new so the street noise was nonexistent. We really enjoyed the breakfast... More

Hotel is very centrally located but the price was very expensive for the facilities provided. This may be because I was only able to book on the morning of my arrival. The room I was given included a reasonably sized balcony which was a pleasant surprise bbut this was spoilt by havig no furnishings. Since plastic garden furniture can be... More
