Once you realize that you can access a lot of great places walking distance from your hotel, you may not understand why some people say that Rome is not a walkable city..... unless you stay here! Literally, 30m to the base of the Spanish Steps, the location is perfect and in a great neighborhood with Prada and Cartier on each side and Bulgari and Gucci across the street. The rooms are good but nothing special with views facing the building next door and the people living there. Front desk service staff was mostly good.

We couldn't have asked for a better location, a nicer room or kinder staff. We could only afford one night here, after all it is right above Bulgari on Rome's most luxury-lined street just seconds from the Spanish Steps, but it was well worth it.
