It is clean the rooms are more than adequate and after a hot day in Rome itself you will welcome the icy air conditioning! It is a fair whack from the city itself so if you are planning on walking your way around forget it!

I booked this hotel through booking.com before I read the reviews on Trip advisor. It was a surprise trip for my husband. After then reading the reviews on this site I was very apprehensive of what we would find. I can only say that the people who have written bad reviews must have stayed in a...

Really Really nice hotel, with a very friendly staff, the lobby is decorated with a good taste, sobber and lovely. The breakfast was good, and the bartender smily and polite. This is definitely a hotel i would recommend for couple or a group of friends who want to visit Rome and more particularly the vatican. After the comment i saw...

The Princess is advertised as a four-star hotel, but having stayed there for six nights (June 30 – July 6) I can only assume that the person who rated it must have been seeing double – it hardly even deserves two stars! My bedroom was spartan with minimal furniture, and air conditioning supplied via a very old “through the window”...

We were on a Cosmos Tour and were very surprised that they would continue to use this hotel. The hotel staff had a 'couldn't care less' attitude towards us. Our non smoking bedroom had an ashtray and the strong smell of room deodoriser. We could hear the voices of the people in the room next to ours and this was...

Out of a group of about 60 people, 5-6 of us had something stolen from our luggage in our rooms. From shirts to earrings to a wedding ring. Can relate to another poster about calling for directions only to be given a very unclear response and to "call back later"?? Rooms are very outdated and the hotel is in an...

This hotel was rated 4 star.... maybe in 1980 it was but it most certainly is not now.
We specifically booked this hotel which was a bit out of Rome as it had a swimming pool yet when we arrived we were informed it was not in use until the end of the month. This was not stated anywhere on...

We stayed in Rome for 2 days at Princess hotel and it was uncomfortable. The reception was unapologetic about the fact that the WIFI or none of the computers didnt work. The walls were paper thin and the man beside our room kept banging on the walls to suggest that we tone down our voices - this was very uncomfortable....

This hotel is a bit far from Rome and there's nothing to do around. The bedroom was so awful that we could hear what the people on the next bedroom were talking about. The breakfast is quite poor as well and the staff could care less, specially with you're part of a Cosmos tour.
