The staff couldnt have been more helpful even with the stupidest of questions! Room fine and very warm ( feb and snow) so warm we sometimes turned it off! Lovely big bed. Breakfast from 7am to 10am suited us as early risers. The hotel is within easy reach of so many of Rome's sights, easlily walkable for most. Everywhere was... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in February, it is a fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast provided a good buffet choice and the rooms, albiet small, were clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The hotel is centrally located for the main sights. A 5-10 minute walk... More

Just returned from a 3 night stay. Emailed beforehand to advise it was our honeymoon and we were upgraded to a mini suite complete with private terrace! Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean with jacuzzi. Breakfast was the usual buffet of rolls, jams, cereals, selection of cold meats and cheeses plus hot scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage - again buffet style.... More

The location of the hotel is great, but that is about it. It is near the top of the hill, so anytime you leave you will be walking back uphill. The breakfast is ok. Room was decent size, but right on the street so we could hear Italians yelling at each other all night. The staff seemed uninterested in helping... More

Good value for money. Located in the center of the city; very close to helpful bus stations but the street is very noisy and the hotel is not intimate or having a special design. Ask for a quiet room

The hotel was situated in a great area. Walking distance to the Presidential Palace, Trevis fountain and Spanish steps to name a few. The Hotel was beautiful and the staff were great. To names that stick out are Joseph and Dino. Both spoke English and were more than happy to do what they could to make us comfortable. They helped... More

Firstly, great location. Everything within walking distance. Good breakfast 7am-10am. We missed it 2 out of 3 mornings by 10 mins. 10.30am would've suited us. Room very clean, bedding and towels too. Towels changed daily. Wonderful hot shower albeit terrible botch up job with sealant around the shower! We had room 216. Small but adequate. Absolutely no view other than... More

The hotel may NOT be so pretty on the outside BUT the inside is BEAUTIFUL!!! Two of the front staff whom we dealt with, Raffale & Alex were ABSOLUTELY PERFECT in every way!!! Spoke English perfectly, knew ALL the ways to get somewhere, (AND BACK), as accomodating as you WANT someone to be and could NOT be ANY friendlier!!! The... More
