This is a wonderful and delightful hotel, 5 star in every way. The rooms by European standards are good size, the only thing is that in the USA rooms are normally quite large even singles. The staff are some of the most wonderful, helpful and nicest that I met in Italy. The breakfast spread was incredible, many types of meats... More

Perfect location– 5 mins walking from Termini Station and close to lot of eating and shopping places. Close to tour operators conducting city tours. Average Cold Breakfast However a major disappointment for a supposedly 4 star- noisy street, conjusted rooms. Definitely wont recommend to anyone

Positives - The location of this hotel is just perfect – 5 mins walking from Termini Station and close to lot of eating and shopping places. Close to tour operators conducting city tours. Not too far from Coliseum if u don’t sweat over a 30 min walk. Breakfast – nothing to rave about but not bad either – for vegetarians... More

We have read many other reviews about the Palladium Palace, and I can only say that, for the price, those who were negative have not seen the other hotels in Rome. The location is very convenient. We walked everywhere except to the Vatican. Generally speaking, the hotel staff were polite and competent. Not all were as friendly as others, but... More

I stayed 2 nights last week (10 and 11 september 2010). It is a great location close to Termini station. There are nice restaurants next to the hotel. I enjoyed walking all the way down via Nationale to Trevi Fountain. The manager Gian Carlo is very classy and very helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Their wireless is NOT free! My reservation indicates that the room includes internet access, and I've called Expedia to verify it is indeed free --- this is the main point for me to choose this hotel, given that it is more expensive than other options I had. However, I was told by them that this is not the case and... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights.Having had good stays in Milan and Florence and an excellent stay in Venice we had hoped the same here but were sorely dissappointed. The only thing good about this hotel is its location a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini station. There's nothing 4-star about it.Our tiny quadraple room and bath were neat, the... I stayed here twice over the course of a vacation. The location is a block and a half from Termini, which has a train to the airport for 9-15 euros (depending if you wait in the long train station line, or the shorter nearby travel agency's line). If you are looking to be near the station, or want to see... More

We booked our hotel through a travel agent and trusted them for experience. I can say that this was about what I was expecting for the price I was willing to pay. The room was small and the air conditioner blew warm air until the last day. ( We overheard the desk clerk tell another guest that the air conditioner... More

We arrived late without reservations secondary to the airport being closed in Greece due to strikes and rioting. We were happy to find lovely, spacious and clean rooms very close to the Termini Train station. We stayed another night when our flight was cancelled due to the vulcano ash. One staff member went out of his way to help us... More
