Most places in Rome were slated on tripadvisor. Villa Parco had good reviews and helpful staff - I completely agree. they helped me out everyday and was a nice and clean hotel worth every penny

The hotel is a bit far from the center of Rome, but in very calm and attractive district. If you like old-fasion hotels with very specific charm, this place is for you. Actually, it's a villa (and it looks like other nice villas) with a small garden (go there for breakfast!). The nearest metro station is in 10-15 minutes walk,... More

The hotel has a nice classical look and it is located in a quite area. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast. The stuff was nice and it is has a beautiful terrace where it is a real pleasure to have your coffee in the morning. The only downside is that the hotel is not located in the city center. But you... Just wanted to update my previous review of this hotel. We stayed there 4 nights in October, 2011. We feel at home there. Enjoyed the restaurant close to the hotel - the Pepe Verde. Everyone is helpful at the hotel and the transportation is easy to anywhere in Rome.

We have stayed here before and like that it is not in the heart of touristville. Everyone there is so welcoming and helpful. You feel like you have returned to see a good friend. While this is off the beaten track, the Metro at Piazza Bologna is close and we prefer that to the bus although a main bus will... More

Great newly renovated bathroom and a double bed - bonus for a solo traveler on a budget - not always that way! Lovely outdoor area, though I didn't use it. Great neighbourhood. Only downsides - I sleep with windows open and it was a little noisy on the street - not a big deal, looks like they had a/c, and... More

The dates for our stay did not go back 2 years. We have stayed at this hotel 2 times in the past - the last time was 2 years ago. We are going back in October for 4 nights prior to a cruise. We like staying at this hotel because of the grocery store a few blocks from the hotel,... More

I had stayed at the Villa del Parco in 1998 and returned in May of 2011 because I remembered its beauty, its charm, its lovely garden, and the friendly staff. But unfortunately, my experience this year -- which, I know, is probably unique to me and only a select group of others -- soured me. My traveling companion has severe... More
